Do I have to replace my charting or EMR?
No. DripBook links to your existing forms and tracks completion.
Will you sign a BAA?
A standard Business Associate Agreement is included in our Terms of Service.
Does DripBook process payments?
Deposits are charged through your own connected Stripe or Square account and go directly to you. DripBook never holds the money. These connections are planned and subject to validation.
How do you make sure deposits are paid before booking?
When deposits are on, a visit is confirmed only after the deposit goes through your connected Stripe or Square account. No chasing payments, no cash-at-visit exceptions.
Do patients see my stock levels?
No. Patients only see open times. Why a time is closed—supplies, travel or a conflict—stays in your view.
Is DripBook HIPAA compliant?
We do not claim HIPAA compliance or certification today. HIPAA safeguards, appropriate agreements—including a BAA—and integration reviews are required before any live patient use.
Do patients need to install an app?
No. Booking works through a web link on your branded page. A companion app would be optional.
Which integrations will launch first?
Calendar and document integrations will be selected with pilot participants. All are planned and subject to validation, integration reviews and appropriate agreements.
How does inventory affect booking?
Each booking reserves kits from the inventory you set up. If a booking needs more kits than you have, it stays open only beyond your restock time and is flagged so you restock first. You reconcile actual usage.
Are memberships available?
Not yet. Paid recurring memberships, booking credits and practitioner-defined benefits are planned for Pro.
